If you get the “No internet Connection” message and can’t open Assist, click the Fix Icon button below. Download the ChurchsoftOnline.rdp file to your computer. Copy or drag this file to your desktop. Double click the icon to open Assist. Delete the old icon. That’s It!
Also, after doing the above, if you still can’t login type Remote Desktop in the Search Box, click the Remote Desktop App (computer name should be churchsoftonline.com). Choose More Choices, Use A Different Account and enter your Username and Password.
